About Marnice D. Miller

Marnice D. Miller, is a 22 year veteran of Civil Service, she has served within various sectors of Government leading, managing, and supporting administrative and human resource functions for federal agencies and departments worldwide, i.e. The Office for the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Directorate of Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Department of Defense Education Activity (DODEA), Department of Army, Department of Defense, The National Intelligence Council (NIC), and The Presidential Daily Briefers(PDB).

Marnice possesses a B.S. in Business Administration from Park University, and has a myriad of Government and private sector training. She has received numerous awards and accolades over the span of her career and is recognized and respected as a true professional.

As a former military spouse of 18 years she has served along side of service members, and resided in military communities, which has provided her a vast understanding and passion of mission support and military families.

She is a wife and mother of 3 adult children (all graduates of 4 year institutions of higher education) and 3 step-children, a personal accomplishment that provides yet another example of her ability to lead successful operations. Having a heart for children Marnice gives back to several charitable organizations by donating monetarily and with time

Marnice possesses several professional affiliations i.e. The Society for Human Resources Management, National Defense Industrial Association, Women in Defense, The Association for Electronic Information, United States Women Chamber of Commerce, and The Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association.

Past Experience

Facilitated the successful transformation of dividing covert and clandestine operations.

Assisted in the successful standup of this federal organization, implement polices and procedures, developed process for all hiring and details for employees throughout the IC.

Successfully developed a recruitment plan for the staffing of more that 200 positions to standup of the Afghanistan/Pakistian division.

Developed and executed a plan to meet a USDI mandate of a 100 position reduction. Successfully identified positions and placed displaced personnel throughout the agency.
